Parties

The agreement is between Plailab AB (reg. no. 559284-2610), which provides Newstail, and the company that signs up (the customer).

The service

Newstail gives every employee a personal news broadcast in an iPhone app, and the customer a way to publish internal messages and see aggregated figures.

Trial

14 days free for the whole company. No card needed. After the trial, broadcasts pause until a card is added.

Price and payment

€17 per user and month, excl. VAT (SEK 179 in Sweden, $18 outside Europe). A user is an account in your company. At least ten are charged. Payment is in advance on the 1st for the number of users at that time; anyone added during the month counts from the next.

We announce price changes at least [30] days in advance.

Cancellation

No lock-in. Cancel whenever you like; the month you've paid for runs to its last day.

Personal data

Processing of employees' personal data is governed by the DPA.

Governing law

Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
